This glass stair railing has a welded steel frame that follows the rake of the flight, with angle-cut panes of laminated safety glass clamped into it. It works on a modern interior stair or an exterior flight.

The frame is welded from S235JR structural steel and raked to your stair pitch. The panes sit in bolt-through steel clamps with protective gaskets. The glass is VSG laminated safety glass, 4.4.1 as standard (two 4 mm panes with a PVB interlayer), with 3.3.1 as the economy option.

The railing is made to measure for your stair and ordered through a quotation; the price shown is a guide price for one raked flight section, 1000 mm high above the pitch line. From your stair dimensions we set the frame angle and cut each pane to the exact parallelogram your flight needs. The steel is powder coated in any RAL colour; the glass is clear, with satin on request.

Ask for a quotation with your stair dimensions (going, rise, number of steps, landing details), the pitch, the guard height and photos of the stair; several flights, landings and changes of direction are priced as one set in the quotation. Fixings are not included, because timber, steel and concrete stairs need different ones, and the quotation specifies the method.

Glass Stair Railing

A stair guard that keeps a staircase feeling open. The welded steel frame follows the rake of the flight, with a sloped handrail line and angle-cut panes of laminated safety glass clamped into the frame. Light passes straight through, sight lines stay clean, and the steel frame gives the glass a defined graphic edge, a combination that works equally well on a modern interior stair or a rendered exterior flight.

The price shown is a guide price for one raked flight section at 1000 mm guard height above the pitch line; your quotation states the price for your stair. From your stair dimensions (going, rise, number of steps, landing details) we engineer the frame angle and cut each glass pane to the exact parallelogram your flight requires. Multiple flights, landings and direction changes are priced as a set in the quotation: ask for one with your stair dimensions, pitch, guard height and photos of the stair.

Finish

Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives.Frame and glass ship crated separately, glass edge-protected.
