How do I pay, and do you take a deposit?

Pay by bank transfer only after receiving our order confirmation. For a standard online order, the shop prices and delivery cost are binding; we accept or decline within 2 working days. The first receipt email is not acceptance and contains no bank details. Pay the full amount within 7 days of receiving the first order confirmation. For made-to-measure goods, first accept a quotation: pay a 50% deposit within 7 days of the first confirmation, then approve the technical drawing; the balance is due before handover. Our account details are only in the confirmation email and its copies, never on the website or in a quotation. Production starts after the required payment and, for made-to-measure goods, drawing approval.
