These double-leaf loft doors are internal French doors in welded steel: two symmetrical hinged leaves in one shared frame, each divided by steel muntins into a grid of laminated glass lights. Closed, the two leaves read as one continuous glazed screen.

Open one leaf for everyday use and both to move furniture or join the rooms, for example a living and a dining room or a kitchen and a hallway. Paired lever handles meet in the centre; the active leaf has the lock case and the passive leaf concealed edge bolts.

The default format is 1500 x 2100 mm with two equal 750 mm leaves. An asymmetric split, another grid rhythm, or fixed sidelights and transoms from the same profile system are made on request. Frame, leaves and muntins are S235 steel profiles; VSG 4.4.1 laminated glass (approx. 8 mm) is standard and VSG 3.3.1 (approx. 6 mm) the economy option. The doors are primed and painted, matte black or any RAL colour.

A wide, light-filled connection between rooms

The double-leaf loft door turns a broad opening into a glazed steel screen that can disappear when you want one big space. Two symmetrical leaves hang in a shared welded frame and meet at the centre on paired black lever handles; each leaf is divided by welded muntins into a grid of laminated glass lights, so the closed doors read as one continuous Crittall-style composition.

Open one leaf for everyday traffic, or both for furniture, parties and full connection between living areas, the classic solution between living room and dining room, kitchen and hallway, or home office and the rest of the apartment.

Made to measure: any opening, any split

The default format is 1500 x 2100 mm with two equal 750 mm leaves. Every pair is welded to order: wider or taller openings, an asymmetric split (a wide main leaf plus a narrow secondary leaf), a different grid rhythm, or added fixed sidelights and transoms from the same profile system. Tell us your structural opening and how you want the doors to divide, and we fabricate exactly that.

Glass: VSG 4.4.1 laminated safety glass (approx. 8 mm) standard; VSG 3.3.1 (approx. 6 mm) economy option
Each light individually glazed and sealed; clear, frosted or tinted glass available
Hardware: steel barrel hinges, paired lever handles, lock case in the active leaf, concealed edge bolts in the passive leaf

Finish

Primed and painted. Matte black is standard; any RAL colour is available so the doors can match windows, railings or other fabricated steel in the project.
