Chevron Upholstered Bed

A headboard that makes the bedroom

Chevron is for people who want the wall behind the bed to have some character. We stitch the tall rectangular headboard with diagonal channels that meet in a chevron down the centre. The base stays low and calm: an upholstered frame runs along both sides and the foot, and short black legs set back from the edges make the bed look as if it floats above the floor.

Classic or Premium

We make Chevron in two versions that look the same from outside, with the same chevron and the same silhouette:

• Classic: the sides and headboard have an upholstered chipboard body, and we weld the mattress support frame from steel sections. It is the proven way to build an upholstered bed, with the mattress resting on welded steel.
• Premium: we weld the whole side structure from steel sections, not only the mattress frame, and the upholsterer covers it in the fabric you choose. It is the version for anyone who wants steel not only under the mattress but in the sides of the bed as well.

We do the welding in our own workshop, and the upholstery is made by the upholsterer we work with.

Three mattress sizes

Chevron is one design in three widths. You pick the mattress size and we build the bed around it:

• 160 × 200 cm
• 180 × 200 cm
• 200 × 200 cm

The standard outer dimensions are 176 / 196 / 216 x 215 cm for a 160 / 180 / 200 cm mattress, with the headboard 120 cm from the floor; other headboard heights are made to measure, to suit your bedroom.

Fabric and colour

You choose the fabric when you order. We show Chevron in a light grey fabric with a visible weave, but the chevron works just as well in graphite, bottle green or a warm beige. We send the available fabrics and colours on request before you order.

Mattress and bedding are not included.

How to order

Order the standard version at the price shown and name your fabric and colour in the order comment at checkout; for a custom headboard height, ask for a quotation. The price shown is for the Classic version for a 160 x 200 cm mattress; the 180 and 200 cm sizes and the Premium version, with the whole side structure welded from steel, are priced higher and ordered through a quotation. We confirm your order within 2 working days without changing the price or the delivery cost, and you pay by bank transfer after our confirmation. The standard version is paid in full after our confirmation; a made-to-measure bed takes a 50% deposit before production starts and the remaining 50% once the bed is finished. You can collect the bed free of charge from our workshop, or choose delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom at the flat rate shown at checkout (for the UK, import VAT and duty are paid on arrival); delivery to other countries is by quotation.
