The Loft Platform Bed 160 is a metal platform bed frame for a loft or industrial-style bedroom, welded from steel profiles for a 160 x 200 cm mattress by default. It is our take on the classic loft apartment bed: clean lines, real material, nothing applied.

A low base in square-edged steel profile, with visible bolt heads at the corner joints, carries a tubular steel headboard with rounded corners and a slim grid infill. A slat support for the mattress is included.

The default frame measures 1660 x 2060 mm with a frame height of 300 mm. Widths for 90, 120, 140 or 180 cm mattresses and custom lengths are made on request, and the platform height, headboard height and infill pattern can be adjusted. The frame is powder coated in any RAL colour: matte black for the full loft look, graphite, white or a shade matched to your interior.

Each bed is made to order in our workshop. Order the standard version at the price shown and name your colour in the order comment at checkout; for another mattress size, ask for a quotation before ordering. Fixing hardware and assembly instructions are included; mattress and bedding are not.

Industrial calm, built in steel

The Loft Platform Bed 160 is our take on the classic loft apartment bed: a low platform base in square-edged steel profile with honest, visible bolt heads, carrying a tubular headboard with softly rounded corners and a slim grid infill. The geometry does all the talking – clean lines, real material, nothing applied.

The frame is welded, not flat-packed. It arrives as a rigid steel structure that stays silent under daily use: no creaking joints, no re-tightening, no wobble – the everyday failure points of mass-produced metal beds simply are not there.

Made to measure – any size on request

The default frame measures 1660 x 2060 mm with a 300 mm platform height, sized for a standard 160 x 200 cm mattress. As with everything we build, the drawing bends to your room, not the other way around:

Finish

Every frame is powder-coated – a baked-on, scratch-resistant finish that keeps its colour for decades and wipes clean. Choose any RAL colour: matte black for the full loft look, graphite, white, or a colour matched to your interior.

Lead time

Each bed is fabricated to order in our workshop. Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives.For a custom size, ask for a quotation at [email protected], giving your mattress dimensions.
