The container that empties itself

A self-dumping hopper saves the most tiring job in any workshop: shovelling scrap out of a bin. It sits beside the machine and fills up. When it is full, a forklift lifts it by the pockets in the base, drives to the skip, the operator releases the lock and the body tips forward on its pivots and empties itself. Set back down, it returns upright and locks again, ready for the next shift.

We weld it from steel plate with a sloping front, so the load slides out cleanly, and a rigid base frame that carries the pivots and fork pockets. It is a working tool, built for sharp offcuts and rough handling.

Made to order for your workshop

We build the hopper around your waste and your truck rather than a size chart:

• capacity and footprint to suit the space next to the machine,
• plate thickness chosen for the material that goes in,
• fork pocket spacing matched to your forklift,
• tipping height to clear your skip or container,
• optional wheels or a drain plug for wet swarf.

Several hoppers can be built as a matched set, one per machine or one per material, so steel, aluminium and general waste stay separate from the start.

Finish

The hopper is painted in an industrial coating, dark grey as standard or any RAL colour for your site marking. For outdoor use a hot-dip galvanised body is available.

Order the standard version at the price shown, or ask for a quotation for your own capacity and finish, telling us what goes in, how much builds up per week, the space available and your forklift fork dimensions. We confirm your order within 2 working days without changing the price or the delivery cost, and you pay by bank transfer after our confirmation. If you are unsure, ask before ordering. Collect the hopper free of charge from our workshop, or choose delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom at the flat rate shown at checkout (for the UK, import VAT and duty are paid on arrival); delivery to other countries is by quotation.
