Shelter for your entrance, welded from steel

The Steel Entrance Canopy is a simple, durable door canopy with a clean architectural line. A sheet-steel roof with pressed stiffening ribs sits in a welded perimeter frame, carried by two curved gusset brackets fixed to the wall. Nothing stands in front of the door, so the entrance stays clear.

The solid sheet-metal roof is the version built to keep the weather off: the roof falls towards the front edge and a drip edge sheds water away from the door. If you prefer a light, open frame without a covering, see the open canopy frame linked below.

Made to measure for your door

The base size is 1600 mm wide with an 1100 mm projection, a format that suits most front doors. Every canopy is welded to order:

• wider spans over double doors, side entrances and shopfronts, with extra brackets on longer runs,
• deeper projection where the entrance faces driving rain,
• matching pairs for front and back doors,
• bracket shape and roof pitch chosen to suit the facade.

Materials and construction

• Ribbed sheet-steel roof set in a welded angle-section frame
• Front drip edge
• Curved triangular gusset brackets, fully welded, with pre-drilled wall plates
• S235 structural steel, welds dressed before finishing
• Built-in fall so water never stands on the roof

Finish

The steel is protected against corrosion and then powder-coated in the RAL colour of your choice. For entrances exposed to a lot of weather we recommend hot-dip galvanising under the powder coat, which also protects the inside of the sections. Matte black and anthracite match most windows and gutters, but we will match the colour to your facade.

Order the standard version at the price shown; for another size, ask for a quotation, giving the door width and the projection you want. We confirm your order within 2 working days without changing the price or the delivery cost, and you pay by bank transfer after our confirmation; if you are unsure, ask before ordering. Collect the canopy free of charge from our workshop, or choose delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom at the flat rate shown at checkout (for the UK, import VAT and duty are paid on arrival); delivery to other countries is by quotation.
