Steel Collection Container for Production Waste

A simple box, built properly

Not every waste stream needs a tipping hopper. For offcuts collected beside a saw, scrap sorted by material or parts waiting for the next stage, a strong open steel container does the job and lasts for years. This one is welded from steel sheet inside a frame of angle profile, with a reinforced rim that resists knocks from heavy pieces thrown in.

Short corner feet lift the body off the floor, so a pallet truck or forklift can get underneath and cleaning around it is easy. Several containers in a row keep materials sorted and the workshop tidy.

Made to measure for your space

Because it is fabricated to order, the container follows the space you have:

• width, depth and height to fit beside a machine or under a bench,
• sheet thickness matched to the material that goes in,
• feet height for your pallet truck or forklift,
• fork pockets or castors on request,
• dividers for sorting different materials.

A row of identical containers in the same colour makes sorting obvious to everyone on the floor: steel in one, aluminium in the next, cardboard at the end. Recycling is simpler and the scrap you sell stays clean.

Finish

Painted in a hard-wearing industrial coating, graphite as standard or any RAL colour, for example to colour-code materials. Hot-dip galvanising is available for containers that stand outside.

Order the standard version at the price shown, or ask for a quotation for your own dimensions and finish, telling us what the container will hold, the space you can give it and how you move it. We confirm your order within 2 working days without changing the price or the delivery cost, and you pay by bank transfer after our confirmation. If you are unsure, ask before ordering. Collect the container free of charge from our workshop, or choose delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom at the flat rate shown at checkout (for the UK, import VAT and duty are paid on arrival); delivery to other countries is by quotation.
