The Welded Steel Bike Rack is an outdoor bike rack built as one welded piece: round steel tube hoops on twin flat-bar ground rails. Each hoop holds a bike by its frame, not by the front wheel, and leaves room to lock frame and wheel together with a D-lock or chain.

The hoops are cold-bent from steel tube and welded to flat-bar rails. There are no bolted kit joints to work loose. It suits a home with two bikes as well as long runs for offices, schools and apartment buildings.

The standard rack is 2170 mm long and 770 mm high with four hoops. Any hoop count can be built, with custom spacing for cargo bikes or e-bikes, single- or double-sided loading, and matching racks for larger sites. Choose hot-dip galvanising, powder coating in any RAL colour, or both.

Order the standard version at the price shown; for another length, ask for a quotation with the number of bikes and the space you have, and we confirm a drawing before fabrication. Pre-drilled plates on the rail ends take expansion or resin anchors in concrete, tarmac or paving. Ground anchors are not included, as the right type depends on your surface.

A bike rack built like street furniture, not a wire bender

The Welded Steel Bike Rack is a row of continuous round-tube hoops welded to twin flat-bar ground rails. The hoop geometry supports a bike by its frame rather than pinching the front wheel, and gives a full loop of steel to pass a D-lock or chain through: frame and wheel together. All joints are fully welded; there are no bolted kit connections to work loose or be unscrewed.

The standard rack measures 2170 mm long and 770 mm high with four hoops. Because each rack is fabricated to order, the format is entirely up to you:

Any number of hoops: from a two-bike home rack to long runs for offices, schools and apartment buildings
Custom hoop spacing for cargo bikes, e-bikes or tight courtyards
Single- or double-sided loading layouts
Multiple matching racks for larger installations

Materials and construction

Hoops are cold-bent from steel tube and welded to flat-bar rails that spread the load and keep the rack rigid as one piece. The rail ends carry pre-drilled fixing plates, so the rack can be anchored to concrete, tarmac or paving with expansion or resin anchors, or left freestanding in sheltered locations.

Finish

Choose hot-dip galvanising for maximum corrosion resistance in exposed public locations, or shot-blasting and weatherproof powder coating in the RAL colour of your choice. Matte black (RAL 9005) is the house standard shown in the pictures. Galvanised-then-powder-coated duplex finish is available for the harshest environments.

Lead time and delivery

Each rack is fabricated to order. Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives.Questions about layout or capacity?
