Upholstered Bed for a 160 x 200 cm Mattress

Soft lines, a calm silhouette

This upholstered bed is made for a 160 x 200 cm mattress and for a bedroom that feels restful. The tall headboard is quilted in wide vertical channels and comfortable to lean against when you read in bed. The base is upholstered all round in the same fabric, and short dark legs lift it just above the floor.

Two versions: Classic and Premium

You order the same design in one of two versions. The difference is the construction under the fabric:

• Classic: the sides and headboard have an upholstered chipboard body, and we weld the mattress support frame from steel sections. It is the proven way to build an upholstered bed, with the mattress resting on welded steel.
• Premium: we weld the whole side structure from steel sections, not only the mattress frame, and the upholsterer covers it in the fabric you choose. It is the version for anyone who wants steel not only under the mattress but in the sides of the bed as well.

Both versions share the same headboard, the same silhouette and the same choice of fabrics. We do the welding in our own workshop, and the upholstery is made by the upholsterer we work with.

Made for your bedroom

160 x 200 cm is the mattress size; the frame, upholstery and headboard add to it. The standard bed measures 176 x 215 cm outside, with the headboard 120 cm from the floor; for your bedroom we can adjust:

• headboard height and the number of quilted channels,
• base height,
• fabric and colour,
• on request, a version with storage and a lifting base.

Headboard style: besides the vertical channels shown, you can choose button tufting or horizontal channels at no extra cost, or a rounded arch with piping for 40 EUR more. Name the style in the order comment at checkout; the arch is ordered through a quotation, which adds the 40 EUR to the price shown.

Fabric and colour

You choose the fabric when you order. We show the bed in a warm taupe fabric that suits wooden floors and light walls, but it looks just as good in grey, graphite, green or a velvet-look fabric. We send the available fabrics and colours on request before you order.

Mattress and bedding are not included.

Ordering and payment

Order the standard version at the price shown, naming your fabric and colour in the order comment at checkout; for a custom headboard or base height, ask for a quotation, and your room dimensions help us with a custom size. The price shown is for the Classic version; the Premium version, with the whole side structure welded from steel, is priced higher and ordered through a quotation. We confirm your order within 2 working days without changing the price or the delivery cost, and you pay by bank transfer after our confirmation. The standard version is paid in full after our confirmation; a made-to-measure bed takes a 50% deposit before production starts and the remaining 50% once the bed is finished. If you are unsure, ask before ordering. You can collect the bed free of charge from our workshop, or choose delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom at the flat rate shown at checkout (for the UK, import VAT and duty are paid on arrival); delivery to other countries is by quotation.
