The Single Light is an internal glass door framed in welded steel: one full-height pane of laminated safety glass in a slim steel leaf, with no muntins. It hangs in a matching steel wall frame and closes flush, with a black lever handle and a lock case prepared for a standard cylinder.

Leaf and frame are S235 steel profiles, fully welded with the seams ground smooth, and every door is made to order in our own workshop. It suits a doorway between two rooms that should keep their light and the view through.

The default size is 900 x 2100 mm; any other width or height is made to your opening, hinged left or right. VSG 4.4.1 laminated glass (approx. 8 mm) is standard and VSG 3.3.1 (approx. 6 mm) the economy option, in clear, frosted or tinted glass. The door is primed and painted, matte black as standard or any RAL colour.

Order the standard version at the price shown and name the hinge side, glass and colour in the order comment at checkout; for another opening size, ask for a quotation before ordering. The door ships glazed, with the hardware fitted and adjusted, fixing anchors and installation instructions.

One pane, one frame, nothing else

The Single Light loft door strips the industrial glass door back to its essentials: a slender welded steel leaf holding a single full-height pane of laminated safety glass. Without muntins, it lets the maximum amount of light through while still drawing a crisp black line around the opening, ideal where you want separation between rooms without losing brightness or sightlines.

The leaf hangs in a matching steel wall frame on barrel hinges, closing flush with a discreet black lever handle and lock case. Seen from either side, the frame reads as a thin, precise shadow line rather than a bulky door frame.

Made to measure: any size, any layout

The door shown is the default 900 x 2100 mm format, but every unit is fabricated to order in our own workshop. Send your structural opening dimensions for a quotation and we weld the door to fit: wider, narrower, taller, left- or right-hinged, or paired with a fixed sidelight or transom from the same profile system. There are no fixed size steps and no surcharge logic to decode: the quotation states the price for your exact opening.
