From your order to finished steel
Every product we sell is made after you order it. Standard products are ordered online at the price shown and paid by bank transfer once we have confirmed your order. Made-to-measure pieces, site-built structures such as mezzanines and staircases, and delivery outside Poland, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, other than courier delivery to Germany where offered start with a quotation.
1. Create an account and choose your product
Ordering requires a free customer account, so your orders, messages and confirmations are kept in one place. Choose a product in the size and finish described on its page. For other dimensions or finishes, ask for a quotation (step 6).
2. Place your order
Choose collection from our workshop (free, whatever your address), delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or courier delivery to Germany where the product page offers it, at the flat rate shown at checkout, choose "Bank transfer" and click "Order with an obligation to pay". You see the delivery time before you order. We email you a receipt straight away; it contains no bank details, so please do not pay yet.
3. We confirm your order within 2 working days
Usually within 24 hours, you receive our order confirmation with the amount due, our bank details and the payment reference. Prices and the delivery cost do not change. If we cannot make or deliver your order, we tell you instead, and nothing is due.
4. Pay by bank transfer within 7 days
Pay within 7 days of receiving our confirmation, using the payment reference in the email. See Payment for details.
5. We make your piece, you collect it or we deliver it
Once your payment arrives, your piece is cut, welded and finished in our workshop in Poland. Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives. See Delivery for what to expect on delivery day. Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights can return standard products within 30 days of receipt.
6. Made to measure, site-built or abroad: ask for a quotation
Send an enquiry from the product page or email [email protected]. Helpful details:
- Dimensions (width, height, depth), even rough ones to start
- Where the piece will stand: indoors, garden, coastal or commercial
- Preferred finish, such as a RAL colour
- Photos or sketches of the space, if you have them
We reply with a quotation valid for up to 7 days: the items, prices, delivery or collection, payment plan, time and whether each item can be returned. To accept it, reply by email: "I accept quotation [number] and order with an obligation to pay". We then send the order confirmation with our bank details. For a made-to-measure piece you pay a 50% deposit, approve our technical drawing (you can cancel free of charge until then) and pay the rest before collection or delivery.
