How payment works
You pay by bank transfer, at the price shown in the shop. Our bank details come by email with our order confirmation, never on this website, so you never pay before we have confirmed your order.
- You place your order. Add products to your cart, choose collection from our workshop, delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or courier delivery to Germany where the product page offers it, choose "Bank transfer" and click "Order with an obligation to pay". We email you a receipt straight away. It contains no bank details: please do not pay yet.
- We confirm your order within 2 working days, usually within 24 hours. Our order confirmation contains the amount due, our bank details and the payment reference, with our Terms and the withdrawal form attached. Prices and the delivery cost do not change. If we cannot make or deliver your order, we tell you instead, and nothing is due.
- You pay within 7 days of receiving our confirmation. Use the payment reference from the email.
- Production starts once your payment has arrived.
Your order binds you for 2 working days. If our confirmation reaches you later than that, you are no longer bound: our confirmation is then an offer, which you accept by a payment that arrives within 7 days. Without that payment the offer lapses and nothing is due.
Quotations and made-to-measure orders
- Standard products: the full price within 7 days of receiving our order confirmation.
- Made-to-measure products (made to your specification or adapted to your site) start with a quotation. After you accept it by email, we send the order confirmation with our bank details. You pay a 50% deposit within 7 days, then approve our technical drawing; until you approve it, you can cancel free of charge and we refund the deposit in full. The remaining 50% is paid once your piece is finished, before collection or delivery.
- Mezzanines, the carport, staircases, the terrace canopy and the terrace pergola, and delivery outside Poland, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, other than courier delivery to Germany where offered, also start with a quotation.
If a payment is late
If a payment due under a concluded contract is late, we send you a reminder that gives you 7 more days and warns that, if the payment has not arrived by then, we will be entitled to withdraw from the contract. If it still does not arrive, we may withdraw and refund anything you have paid. A late order confirmation is different: if our first confirmation reaches you only after your order has stopped binding you, it is our offer, and if you do not pay within 7 days of receiving it, the offer simply expires and you owe nothing.
Currencies
Prices are set in euro (EUR) and can also be displayed in Polish zloty (PLN) and pounds sterling (GBP). You pay in the currency of your order or quotation, as stated in the order confirmation. Charges made by your own bank, including currency conversion, are paid by you.
Keeping your payment safe
We give our bank account number only in the order confirmation email sent from [email protected], and in copies of it. It never appears on this website, in quotations or in reminders. If you receive a request to pay to a different account, contact us before paying.
