Arc Steel Hammock Stand

One steel arc, and a straight-line version

The Arc Steel Hammock Stand carries a hammock on a single continuous bow of steel tube rising from two floor beams, with welded hanging points at each tip. The fabric hangs in its natural curve and nothing else crosses the view. The arc is the main version of this stand.

Angular stand, shown as an additional concept

An additional image in the gallery shows the same idea drawn with straight members instead of a curve: a low longitudinal beam with angled uprights at each end, all in rectangular section. The look is more graphic and more architectural, and it suits interiors and terraces where straight lines already set the tone. Either geometry can be built to your size.

A fabric hammock is drawn into that image so the stand can be understood at a glance. The hammock is shown for illustration. We supply the steel stand; a hammock is part of the delivery only if your quotation includes it.

What we settle before fabrication

The standard arc is 4000 mm long, 1300 mm wide and 1450 mm high, with welded chain hangers at both ends; other sizes are made to measure. Before production, we agree with you:

• arc or angular geometry, and the overall length, width and height,
• the hammock you intend to use: suspension length, spread and how it hangs,
• the member sections and the shape of the feet,
• the place for the stand: it stands freely on its two floor beams, without anchoring, on firm, level ground with 1 m clear around it, carries 150 kg in total and the hammock must be taken down in strong wind,
• the finish, and whether a hammock is part of the supply.

Finish

Matte black as shown, or powder coating in another RAL colour. For a stand that lives outdoors, the corrosion protection and the coating for that use are agreed with you before production.

Order the standard version at the price shown; for a stand sized to your hammock and to the room you have, ask for a quotation before ordering. We confirm your order within 2 working days without changing the price or the delivery cost, and you pay by bank transfer after our confirmation; if you are unsure, ask before ordering. Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives.
