Free collection from our workshop, or a flat delivery rate in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom
Every product is made after you order it. You can collect it free of charge from our workshop, whatever your address, or have it delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom at a flat rate by size, shown at checkout before you order. Products whose page offers it can also be delivered by courier to Germany at a flat rate. For any other delivery abroad we send you a quotation.
Delivery in Poland
- Parcel: 10.50 EUR, never more than 49 PLN
- Pallet: 77.00 EUR, never more than 349 PLN
- Freight for long or oversize items such as gates, doors and railings: 195.00 EUR, never more than 890 PLN
You pay one rate per order: the checkout offers the rates that suit every product in your cart. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay for delivery. If the exchange rate moves, we only ever lower these rates.
Courier delivery to Germany
Products whose page offers courier delivery to Germany travel as a parcel and can be ordered online for delivery to any address in Germany for 29.00 EUR per order, whatever the number of items. The checkout shows this option for an address in Germany when every product in your cart offers it, and the amount shown there is the amount you pay for delivery.
Delivery to Spain
Every product can be delivered at a flat rate by size, shown at checkout. One delivery rate is charged per order.

Delivery to Italy
Every product can be delivered at a flat rate by size, shown at checkout. One delivery rate is charged per order.

Delivery to the United Kingdom
Every product can be delivered at a flat rate by size, shown at checkout and charged in GBP. One delivery rate is charged per order.

- Oversize freight: 167.84 GBP.
The United Kingdom is outside the EU customs area. Import VAT, customs duty and any clearance fees are paid by the buyer on arrival and are not included in our delivery price.
Collection from our workshop
Collection from our workshop in Piotrowice, Poland, is free for every customer, wherever you live. We arrange a convenient time with you by email once your piece is ready.
Delivery to other countries
We deliver to every country. Delivery outside Poland, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, apart from courier delivery to Germany where offered, is priced for your postcode, the size and the weight: ask for a quotation from the product page or by email. The quotation lists the products at the prices shown in the shop plus the delivery cost, and you accept it by email if it suits you.
Our local area
From our workshop in Piotrowice we come to measure on site in Silesia and Lesser Poland. Installation is available by individual arrangement.
Production and delivery time
Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives. Each product page shows the date by which it ships if you order that day and your order is confirmed in time. A later payment moves these times by the delay; for a quotation, the quotation states the time.
How larger pieces travel
Larger products are packed, secured and shipped by pallet freight to your address. Freight delivery is normally kerbside: the driver brings the goods to an accessible point at your address but does not carry them inside. Heavy pieces often need two people to move, so plan for help on delivery day. The carrier usually contacts you to arrange the day, so give a phone number you answer.
Deliveries outside the European Union
For delivery to the United Kingdom, which is outside the EU customs area, import VAT, customs duty and any clearance fees are paid by the buyer on arrival and are not included in our delivery price. For other deliveries outside the EU customs area, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges may apply and are paid by the recipient unless your quotation says otherwise.
When your delivery arrives
- Check the packaging before signing for the delivery.
- If anything looks damaged, note it on the delivery document and take photos.
- Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with the photos, and we will sort it out.
Returns within 30 days
Consumers and sole traders with consumer rights can return standard products within 30 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. To withdraw, log in and use the button "Withdraw from contract here" in Order history and details or on the order's page; we confirm receipt by email. For orders placed before 4 October 2026, write to [email protected] instead.
Because of their size and weight, our products usually cannot go back by post. For an order placed through the shop's checkout and delivered to you, you pay the direct cost of returning a product: it equals the delivery price for its size to the country of delivery as listed on this page when you ordered, so in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom the flat rate above for a parcel, pallet or freight to that country, and for courier delivery to Germany the courier rate above. If you collected a product ordered through the shop's checkout at our workshop, you bring it back to that workshop (ul. Akacjowa 56, 32-641 Piotrowice, Poland), on a working day agreed by email. We charge nothing for accepting the return, and you bear only the cost of your own transport to the workshop, regardless of the country of your address. For a contract from a quotation, the quotation states the return cost. We refund the price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of your statement, and we may wait until the product is back or you send proof that it is on its way.
Made-to-measure products cannot be returned, but you can cancel free of charge until you approve our technical drawing, and we refund the deposit in full. Details are in section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.
