The Glass Balcony Railing is a steel-framed glass railing for balconies and terraces where the view matters. Square steel posts on bolt-down base plates carry a flat welded handrail, and full-height panes of laminated safety glass sit between the posts.

Posts and handrail are welded from S235JR structural steel. The panes are held in bolt-through steel clamps with protective gaskets, four per pane, and the base plates are pre-drilled for anchor bolts. The glass is VSG laminated safety glass, 4.4.1 as standard (two 4 mm panes with a PVB interlayer), with 3.3.1 as the economy option.

The reference section is about 2000 mm long at 1100 mm guard height, glazed with two panes. We build to your plan, with any run length, corners and returns, and set post spacing and pane sizes per order. The steel is powder coated in any RAL colour; the glass is clear as standard, with satin laminate as a privacy screen between neighbouring balconies.

Anchor bolts are not included, because the right anchor depends on your slab build-up. Order a standard section of approx. 2000 mm at the price shown and name your colour in the order comment at checkout; for your own run lengths, ask for a quotation.

Glass Balcony Railing

We fabricate to your exact plan: any run length, corners and returns, with post spacing and pane sizes engineered per order so every pane is a stock-safe size and every base plate lands on a sound fixing point.

Finish
