Hanging space without losing the floor

In a narrow hallway every centimetre of floor counts. This coat rack takes none of it. A welded steel frame fixes to the wall with two uprights; below, a rail of deep hooks holds coats, jackets and bags; above, an open shelf of steel slats takes hats, gloves, scarves and the things that never have a proper place.

The slatted shelf lets damp gloves and hats dry, and the hooks are shaped deep enough to hold a heavy winter coat without it sliding off. Welded rather than screwed, the rack stays rigid and square on the wall.

Made to measure for your wall

We size the rack to the wall and to your household:

• overall width, to fit between a door frame and a corner,
• number and spacing of hooks,
• shelf depth, enough for hats without catching shoulders,
• a second row of lower hooks for children, on request,
• fixing points placed for your wall.

Hung above our loft shoe bench, the rack completes a small entrance without the bulk of a fitted wardrobe, and in a bathroom or utility room it works just as well for towels and baskets.

Finish

Powder-coated or wet-painted in any RAL colour. Matte black as shown gives the classic loft look; white blends into a light wall; a strong colour can turn the rack into a feature. The finish is hard and scratch-resistant, made for daily use.
