The Spider Leg Dining Table is a pedestal dining table on one central steel base: angled closed steel profiles meet in a compact welded hub and spread into an X that stands on four wide-set feet.

With no apron and no corner legs, chairs fit anywhere along the table. The base is S235 steel, fully welded at the hub, and pre-drilled steel plates on each arm tip carry the top.

The default format is 1800 x 900 mm at 750 mm height, a six-seater. Any length, width and height is possible, from a compact four-seater to a boardroom table; longer tables get a wider or twin base. Round and oval tops are made on request. The top is solid wood, oak as standard, or sintered quartz. The base is sandblasted, primed and powder-coated, matte black as standard or any RAL colour.

The top is included, finished and pre-drilled, with the mounting hardware and adjustable floor glides; assembly means bolting the top to the base. Order the default size at the price shown; for your own size and number of seats, ask for a quotation before ordering.

One base, zero corner legs, every seat usable

The spider base is what happens when a welder solves the dining table. Angled closed steel profiles converge on a compact central hub, welded and ground into a single sculptural X that plants the table on four wide-set feet. The structure works like a truss: forces run straight down the diagonals, so an 1800 mm top sits rigid on a base you could stand on, with no apron and no corner legs to fight your chairs.

The default format is 1800 x 900 mm at 750 mm height, an easy six-seater. Every table is fabricated to order in our own workshop:

Any top length, width and height: from compact four-seaters to boardroom spans (longer tables get a wider hub stance or twin bases)

Materials and construction

Base: welded steel S235 closed profiles, fully welded at the hub, seams ground clean
Top: solid wood (oak standard, oiled or lacquered) or sintered quartz for a heat- and scratch-proof stone surface
Mounting: steel plates at each arm tip, pre-drilled; adjustable floor glides

Finish

Sandblasted, primed and powder-coated. Matte black is standard; specify any RAL colour in matte, satin or structural texture.

Assembly is bolting the top to the base: two people, ten minutes. Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives.
