Open Steel Entrance Canopy Frame

The frame, without the sheet

This is the open version of our entrance canopy: welded wall brackets and a rectangular rafter grid with nothing laid over it. It suits a facade where a solid canopy would look heavy, an entrance that already sits under an overhang, and modern or industrial houses where the steel is meant to be seen.

If you need rain cover over the door, choose the Steel Entrance Canopy with its sheet roof. This frame shapes and frames the entrance; that canopy keeps the weather off.

Detail you can see

The rafter grid is welded from box section with even bays, and the perimeter frame is ground on every visible edge. People look at an entrance from close up, so we treat the welds as part of the finish, not as something hidden.

Made to measure

The reference canopy is 1600 mm wide and projects 1100 mm, which covers a single door and a person standing at it. Any width and projection can be built; send the door opening width and how far you want the frame to reach. Bays can be set closer for more shade.

Colour and lighting

We coat the frame to match your window frames, front door or house number, so the entrance reads as one design. If you want a light above the door, tell us at order time and we allow for the fitting and cable.

Construction

• Welded box-section wall brackets, pre-drilled for anchors: two up to 2000 mm width, three from 2001 to 3000 mm
• Rectangular rafter grid in box section with open bays
• Perimeter frame welded and ground on visible edges
• Shot blasted, primed and powder coated in your RAL colour

Fixing and delivery

The brackets fix through the facade build-up into masonry or concrete, and we supply the drilling pattern. The frame arrives as one welded assembly, ready to lift and anchor.

Collect your order free of charge from our workshop, or choose delivery in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom at the flat rate shown at checkout (for the UK, import VAT and duty are paid on arrival); delivery to other countries is by quotation. Products ordered in the shop are ready for collection within 7 weeks of your order, or delivered in Poland, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom, or by courier in Germany, within 9 weeks, if our order confirmation reaches you by the end of the second working day after your order and you pay within 7 days of receiving it; if it reaches you later, these times run from the day your payment arrives.
