Is a steel or wooden bed frame better?

A welded steel frame does not loosen at the joints, dry out or start creaking over the years, and it stays slim without taking over the bedroom. The powder coat is hard, scratch-resistant and easy to clean, and you can match the RAL colour to your interior. You can still bring in the warmth of wood, for example with the oak desk top on our loft bed or the timber slats of the mattress base. Compare both frame constructions.
