How long does a steel pergola last?
A welded S235 steel frame, blast cleaned and powder coated over a primer, is made to stay outdoors all year round. What keeps it going is an intact coating, so once a season wash the structure with water, check the post bases and touch up any chips straight away with paint in the same RAL colour. For a damp or coastal location, ask us about hot-dip galvanising under the powder coat.
