Can you make something from my own drawing?
Yes. A dimensioned sketch is enough to start. It does not need to be a CAD file: a hand drawing with the key dimensions marked in millimetres, a note of which faces are visible, and a photograph of the space it goes into will normally let the workshop quote. If the item is load bearing or forms part of a building, the design may need input from your architect or engineer, because responsibility for the structural design sits with whoever specifies it.
